MJ's newest comeback song "This is It" was released overnight from his official website to mixed reviews. The song, which was originally recorded in 1991, was left off his "Dangerous" album in favour of other tracks. Negative reviewers are arguing the song shouldn't have been released since Michael rejected it in '91 and it's clearly not his best work. I say, what's the difference?! He's dead! If fans need another fix, give it to em. Besides, a bad song by Michael is still better than most of the shit you're buying on iTunes anyways ;)Monday, October 12, 2009

Miley Cyrus Begins Rap Career
Dry your tears, kittens. Miley's off Twitter and she's not coming back.
Have you - like me - been sobbing at night, asking why she left you high and dry?
Well, Miley reveals the truth behind her Twitter split with her new track "Goodbye Twitter"... It woulda been better with a Lil Wayne feature verse. Just sayin...
Here, check it:

Chris Brown is Back... and Now Has Magical Transformative Powers!
Beat-Her-Ass Brown is back!
His new track debuted on his website yesterday...
Called "I Can Transform You" it features Swizz Beats and (of course) a verse from Lil Wayne. The lyrical references to Transformers, robots, and rechargeable objects are both marvellous and ...um... mostly weird.
Best line of the song: "I can transform ya like a Transformer/I can turn you from a human to a car" (courtesy of Lil Wayne).
All I ever wanted was a man that could turn me into an inanimate metal thing with wheels for legs. Weezy Baby understands the ladies.

New Britney single: "1,2,3 blah blah, something about your dick"
Brit's newest single, "3", debuted this morning...um... I think she's asking you to be in a threesome with her? Or something? Thoughts?
I'm kinda bored with it already... I was actually really into the production and songwriting on the last album. Unfortunately, this ain't the most exciting pile of steamy shit she's put out in the last little while. But it'll do.

Breaking News: Tosha's Official MuchMusic VJ Endorsement
Ok. You already know, the MuchMusic VJ search is on once again, and yes, EVERYONE and their Auntie is runnin for it. I got a lot of friends in the pool, so it took me a minute to pick my #1 fav candidate, and since I'm such a huge hater, I usually never endorse ANYONE for ANYTHING, lol... but I'm sold now...
Give the damn thing to KAMAKACCI JUICE!!!!
The flyest cat in the competition.

He's been holding it down for Candy Coated Killahz since we filmed our music video for Playboy earlier this year... Here's proof, LOL:
Dude's funny as hell, has mad style (he runs his own clothing line!), is seriously hooked into everything Toronto, and can bust a move like nobody!
Much Music NEEDS him!
Check his cred:

Bored... and Drinking Out Of Cups...
Well....I'm sitting in our hotel room in Fredericton bored outta my tree cuz everyone else is sleeping off their hangovers, so I thought I'd share some weirdies with you whilst I wait for funs to take over again.
So here's my favourite giggle video of right now, called "Drinking Outta Cups"... It's by funny men/musicians Dan Deacon & Liam Lynch, basically, Dan Deacon dropped acid and went on a hilarious trip and recorded the audio... and Liam loved it so much he made an animated video to go along with it.
Brilliant! I want more.

VirginFest! (and I promise, I'm back to blogging ;)
Ok! I'm back! Blog time!
It's been a minute, but lots has been going on in CCK land... we've been frantically writing the new album, and playing a million shows all over the place :)
Hopefully you've had a chance to come party with us at least once this summer... If not, here are a few pics from this past weekend when we played the Virgin Radio stage at VirginFest at the Molson Ampitheatre with Pitbull, Fritz Helder & The Phantoms, Anjulie, Thunderheist, and more!
Was pretty dope.
